In 2005, Brinc’s Biscuits and Brincsons (the family business) joined forces once more. Thus, Brinc’s Biscuits today includes two brands. Together, these brands are found in almost every corner of the Maltese Islands. Grocery stores and supermarkets have their shelves stacked with Brinc’s and Brincsons products, while bars, restaurants, and wine bars serve the Galletti produced at Brinc’s factory.
The fourth generation have now been working at the bakery for over a decade… the fifth generation is currently being baked.
