Maltese Fingers

A delicious biscuit that melts in one’s mouth. Fingers are everyone’s favourite, whether eaten straight from the packet, as well as dipped in a hot beverage or milk. These great tasting biscuits, having round-ended ‘finger’ shape edges, were launched in confectioneries, bakeries and grocers in the early 1980’s. Fingers, also a favourite with young children, can also be used as an ingredient for cakes and gateaux. Interesting fact: these biscuits were originally produced by using a make-shift modified minced meat processor.
